How We Handle Your Information

Timber Glow Lights is a small, family-run business in Salem, Oregon, owned and operated by Zak Aguirre. This page explains what information we collect when you visit our site or request a free home lighting preview — and what we do with it.

What we collect
We collect only what you choose to share when you reach out to us:
- From our website contact form (powered by Formspree): your name, phone number, and email address if you enter one.
- From our Meta lead ads on Facebook and Instagram: your name, phone number, email address, and street address. We ask for the street address so we can pull up a photo of your home and show you exactly what it would look like with permanent lights on your roofline.
We do not collect any other personal information. We do not ask for payment info, Social Security numbers, or anything else.
How we use your information
We use what you share with us for three things:
- To create your free home lighting preview.
- To follow up about permanent LED lighting for your home.
- To provide an accurate quote and schedule your installation if you decide to move forward.
That is it. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails, and we do not add you to any automated text campaigns.
Analytics and advertising cookies
Like most websites, ours uses a couple of tools from Google so we can understand how people find us and whether our ads are working:
- Google Analytics — gives us aggregate traffic data: how many people visit, which pages they look at, which city they're near. We never see your name or contact info through Analytics.
- Google Ads conversion tracking — lets us see that a lead we received came from a Google ad, so we know which ads are worth our money.
Both services set small cookies in your browser. You can block or delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across the entire web by installing Google's Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
Our site does not use any other tracking tools, heatmaps, or third-party pixels. We do not run a Meta pixel on our website — our Meta ads collect lead info inside Facebook, not on this site.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
- We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your information for profit.
The only companies that see your contact info are the services that help deliver it to our inbox — Formspree (our contact form processor) and Meta (for leads submitted through Facebook or Instagram ads). Both handle the data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what information we have about you.
- Update or correct your information.
- Delete your information from our records.
Just reach out by phone or email and we will take care of it. There is no form or process — we will just do it.
Changes to this policy
If we ever make meaningful changes to how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
